I was happy that they prepared fried shrimp at my request, even though it wasn't on the menu.

No glass allowed for waiting area. Only beer. Transponder given for waiting for table malfunctioned, apparently. We had to go to hostess stand for we had been waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. We noticed other people being sat after we had come in. The hostess ridiculed us and bad mouthed us because we mentioned we were upset. No comps. Instead the old hostess woman rolled her eyes then made a comment to the other hostess then they started laughing. So rude. The food runner asked if we needed chopsticks and soy sauce with our sushi. Then rolled her eyes. The best part was our server, Niya. Very nice and knowledgeable. The sushi was great. Got the Awesome Roll. Salad fresh. Fish, halibut and grouper dry and overcooked. Mashed potatoes made with water and not milk. Spinach has no flavor. Will NEVER be back. So many other amazing places to eat in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
