Edit to add 12/7/22: The fortification certificate has been ready for weeks and Doug will still not take care of the cost of the certificate that was included in the contract. He will not answer my phone calls or text. Knockout fortification has also tried to reach him via phone calls and email and he will not respond to them either. I had my roof re done by them. He had wrote in contract that a fortification certificate is included in every roof free of charge. After final payment he will not return phone calls or text. So be cautious. Does anyone know where the people for this company can be reached?! Neither Doug nor Amanda have returned my phone calls since December. At first they seemed so helpful, and trustworthy but for the past few months I have had no response to my emails or phone calls about working on my roof. I had paid 50% $5200 towards a shingle roof quote. I had decided to switch to metal, and Doug gave me a really good quote; however, he wanted the job to be paid upfront--before work would begin!!! He said his concerns were that he may not get paid!!! Well it is now February 20th! I have not heard from him nor has he given me my deposit back! As a single mother-- working overtime to save everything to fix my home is not an easy thing!!! I am frustrated, and just completely worn out! Please--if anyone can give me some information I would be ever so grateful! Service: Roof repair

I do not recommend this company. After the Hail storm a couple years ago, he replaced my roof and it is worse now than before the storm. He has let the repairs linger and I now have more than 6 leaks in my home. He does not honor the info in his estimate - i.e. he was to replace boots and prepare the property for the Fortified Certificate - neither happened. He offered to replace the Boots but that was a year later. He can't do the Fortified Certificate because he never took photos to submit. I cannot get a Certificate without photos - He never took any. Other roofers do not want to do the repairs because they will not warranty the work and can't get me a Certificate. If I use another roofer, it voids his warranty. He has been unresponsive for the last year and does not keep his promises to do the repairs. I have tons of photos, documentations and additional problems due to this awful workmanship - old, leaks, stress - just private message me if you want those. Beware!!!!! Service: Roof installation
