So as soon as I saw Tim I knew he was a go-getter because he jumped right up and on the computer as soon as I told him I wanted to sell my property he started looking up my property, then he turned around and looked at me and said lets go take a look at it, And thats exactly what I wanted to hear! Nevertheless Tim got my listing that day he had a contract for me the very next week over listing price we closed before 30 days and it was smooth as ice. I will refer Tim to anybody if you want a fast sell a smooth sell and above listing price Tim is your guy!!
