We just bought our first home through Bryan and it was the best experience we could have asked for. He worked with us through a hurricane and subsequent roof repairs, a rescheduled closing, rescheduled inspections, and a hiccup early on in the process that almost prevented us from buying the house.
When that hiccup occurred, he could have told us that there was nothing that could be done (which was already what we were thinking), but seeing how much we loved the house, he instead took the initiative to drive out to the builder (an hour each way), locate and reach out to the person who was the manager when the house was being built, and retrieve documents that resolved the issue. We did not ask him to do that (or know that it would even be possible). He just told us that was what he was going to do for us, and did it.
It was above and beyond - we really were blown away. Buy your house through this guy. Thanks Bryan!
