        Today I had a bad experience in this hospital because my family member spent more than 5 hours waiting and we saw that they were not calling him. We went to a nurse who was assisting us. We asked him if he spoke Spanish and he did not answer us and we asked him again. Yes, he spoke Spanish and he responded to us with a bad attitude and then we asked why they hadn't called my relative and he responded that what he had was nothing serious about an emergency and that he hadn't had anything yet. The doctor was assigned nothing to call him and they were passing on to the sickest ones, trying to determine why OS uses emergency insurance.
