        Williamson Air provides prompt, professional repair service even on holidays. They will do whatever it takes to get your system running again before they leave, so you do not have to go without air conditioning. I do not recommend Bryant Air Conditioners, however, as I had nothing but trouble with the brand new one that was installed in March of 2021. Williamson Air replaced the compressor 3 times and the inside blower/heater coils once, since March of 2021, without charging me for the labor cost to them. The 10 year warranty does not cover labor cost and the Bryant Company as manufacturer refused to acknowledge they had sold me a defective unit. Williamson Air was generous enough, however, to absorb the labor cost, and provided me with a replacement unit, for which I am grateful. Services: A/C system repair, Installation

        Capacitor in A/C failed overnight. Called Williamson Air at 10:30 am Saturday morning. Service technician arrived less than 40 minutes later and unit was repaired by 11:40 am! Extremely pleased and definitely recommend Williamson Air to others. Service: A/C system repair

        Had to have a new system put in, indoor and outdoor. From quote to install the service was outstanding! The price for parts and labor was competitive and came with a fantastic warranty. The techs that were sent showed up on time and were really friendly and professional. Hands down the best service in Orange Beach. They should be your first call for any AC or heating needs you may have. Service: Installation
