Opelika Water Board

They make any charge they want for the service and the customer service is trash. I believe they are doing whatever they want because it is the only company giving this service!!

Lynn is charging people a tampering fee without proof. She stated she had no proof and still said we will be charged the $100 fee. She stated she investigated but never called us back. She's only going by what her computer says. We have now asked 4 times for their proof to be sent to us and still nothing has been sent. What she's accusing us of is illegal and we have a clean record. She can destroy someone's reputation and livelihood as much as she wants with her power. Everyone please be watchful of your bill because I'm finding out we're not the first ones she's done this too. This supervisor is a crook!

This place need to send bills earlier in the mail. I received my bill 2 days after my shut off was due. I've also never missed a payment and I'm being threatened a shut off. I cannot wait to move out of this money hungry craphole of an area.
