        She did a procedure on my mother and it was done very poorly. She had a dog running in and out of the room during a sterile procedure. My moms toe has been hurting worse than it did before and she is very unprofessional and seems to not have the experience she claims to.

        I would rate them a 0 if I could. Dr. Castleberry was extremely disrespectful to my mother after she was suffering from a poorly done ingrown toenail procedure that was 100% their fault. Lack of professionalism here is crazy. Dr. Castleberry doesnt deserve to practice if she doesnt have basic respect for her patients and accountability for poor procedure.

        Fantastic Doctor! Best situation for calming nerves. Love her puppy great for stress. Very relaxing, didn't feel anything when she removed my toe nail. Thank you Dr and staff.
