        The server charged me for a dinner steak salad, when I ordered the lunch portion. The manager graciously made it right , while the server never admitted any error at all.

        One of the worst experiences I've ever had. 30-40 min after consuming shellfish I started becoming ill on Wed of last week. Doctors diagnosed me with food poisoning. I've been suffering from the "effects" since that day and have been in/out of the hospital twice due to needing a IV as I couldn't get enough fluid naturally. Ethan,learn some customer service skills instead of just basicially saying "We will look into it" in a monotone and "could care less" attitude.
