Alfa Insurance

They first tried to cancel my policy and tell me I was behind on payments. I had a payment come out of my account for the full amount, but Alfa was only showing a portion was paid. They couldn't tell me where the rest of my money went. Keep in mind that I call them every month, they tell me the amount I need to pay, and I pay it. So, in order to keep my policy, we had to set up for Alfa to automatically draft our account. Great. We got that set up and thought we were good to go. Get a call from Alfa this week wanting US to see if December's payment came out. It did not come out. Why? WHO KNOWS. But it's getting to the point where I want to have my insurance policy elsewhere.

Insurance. The do,s and don't,s and which company to choose. It can be frustrating and sometimes hard to understand. Well, let me tell you all about Stephanie Graham of Alfa Insurance. I was being over charged on my current insurance policy payments each month and could never get a reply or response as to why no matter how many times I would call. I know Stephanie personally and told her what was going on with my insurance company. Now please pay attention. Not only did Stephanie step in. She searched delegently for every way she and Alfa could work with me, and did she. Not only did Stephanie get me covered, she also got me better coverage on my home, my autos and my Harley for a whole lot less. Seriously, much less. It was simply amazing at what this girl had done for me and I have no doubt that she can do it for anyone. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone seeking help with whatever their needs are that they should contact Stephanie at Alfa insurance. This girl is good, really good.
