I go here all the time to see what they have to offer. It's a wide variety of things. Some I've seen but the majority are things that I haven't. My favorite area is the candy. There's candy there from all over the world. My favorite is the Japanese.

I pretty much NEVER leave a review, and if I do its usually a good one. But, today, the interaction with a very rude register person at this store left me with a terrible taste in my mouth, so much so that I almost walked back in to ask for a manager, something Ive never done to this point in my life. Treating me like Im stupid for trying to politely ask if your register was open when you were clearly doing something else, AND wearing ear budsWith all the ways to get products, there are other ways to get the tea I like. I wont be walking back into this place anytime soon.

Ive never had such a rude customer service experience in my life. There was no checkout person to be found so I unloaded my cart at the first register then I noticed an employee sitting way out of sight at the farthest register from the front door not engaging whatsoever so I asked if that was the register that was open. She ignored me. So I asked louder then was given a beyond rude tone that she cant hear me. Multiple times. So I go over to her register and tell her she is sitting where she cant be seen and she says she has hearing issues and a heart problem. That doesnt mean you hide from customers then give them attitude when they want to pay?? I see this is not the first review about this lady, thats how bad it really is. Consider moving blue hair out of customer service immediately if you want people to shop here.
