So I called to make a payment today which was $145 past due but I was only told to pay $65 today but somehow ended up in a dispute with Charity because she forgot the amount she told me which led to her saying I wasnt raised right because I dont know how to speak correctly or pay bills on time. Which also led to the assistant manager ( The black girl) stating she put a warrant on on me for spitting on her which occurred in November of last year because she threatened me and cancelled my contract for no bowing down to her. ( She waited months to say this (today 3.22.24) because she got upset because I asked for the DM number to report her and Charity & then claimed she would hate to see me in court because everytime she see me she want to snatch my teeth out (lol) . We will see btw last week (the black girl) told me $104 had to be paid on last Thursday but the new bill came I. On that day which made it $140. I paid $65 that mean my balance was $75 + what I owed this week which is $36 which equals 111 so if they would have took the $65 that I tried to give them today my balance would have been $46 so yeah Charity caused a ruckus because thats just how she is and shes human .

I had an employee argue with me basically about a payment I already stated I would pay. Mind you my item is not able to be used properly been reported it. I have been paying for a broken item that I cant use and never got a call or update that it will be fixed. BUT Im being hassled about ONE payment!!! Instead of asking what happened to the item she continues to ASSUME that the item is being jumped on when me nor my kids even use it or sit on it. We opened it once and it didnt go down and we never used it again! I was treated like my value and time didnt matter and most of all as if Im just someone who dont know how to handle furniture! If I have to be talked as if Im a child I rather take my business else where!!!!
UPDATE!!! They called saying the would fix it and get me my item the general manager stated that he would call the store manager Charity and make sure to have her call me. SHE NEVER CALLED and stated that she would not be getting me the replacement. IF YOU KNOW LIKE I KNOW DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

My 15 year old son went in with his father on 93/09/2024 @ approximately 10:45 am still. An employee decided to talk about she's tired of people staring at her while she is mean mugging my son. Then she proceeded to walk to the window and stare at us the entire time I was backing our of the parking spot. We have complained on 2 separate occasions about this same employee. The regional manager does nothing. I will not tolerate passive aggressive behavior toward my minor child. Be prepared for this type of behavior if you decide to do business there.
