Joey and Brandon worked miracles being creative with the design I needed. They went back to their shop (an hour away) to get different product because of my yard issues. These men worked until 8 pm to complete the job. Extremely helpful, creative and professional! Will always use and recommend Turner Fence. This is our second job with them! We have been working with this business for a month for scheduling an estimate. We called to schedule an appointment with Emily on 5-5-23. The guy the company sends out todo measurements is Mike. He went to our property on 5-10-23 to measure. Were thinking, great, a few days after our call hes gonna take measurements. On 5-19-23, Mike notified us via text that he lost his drawing/measurements on the program he used and would have to go by and measure. Mike never responded to our text about when he would be by. Today, I reached out to Emily at the office. We were informed that the owner was notified and would be reaching out to Mike, their quote guy and that I should just move along to someone else because its going to, take a minute, for the owner to reach out to Mike. And, Mike has a full schedule already. We asked if we were just simply being dropped, and Emily told me that all this stuff will take some time. We love recommending companies but this is one that needs to be passed on. If they dont care about you on the front side, thats saying something on how theyll treat you down the road. A positive outcome would have been for Mike to drop one of his other estimates and follow through on ours immediately. After all, he knew on May 19th he needed to remeasure and never reported that to the office. Its been 17 days hes had to return to our house. Apparently Mike never told anyone that weve been hanging and waiting to no avail. Services: Aluminum fence installation, Pool fence installation, Fence design

Turner Fence was fantastic to deal with. I had a 4 wide gate going into backyard and I wanted a 6 gate in order to get a riding mower through it. I called them up, told them what I wanted and I was on the schedule the next week. They came out on a Monday, dug up old posts and set new posts and came back Tuesday afternoon and built/hung gate. I was real impressed they pulled up the two existing 4x4s and replaced them with two 6x6s. It looks fantastic at what I thought to be a very fair price. Its really nice doing business with a company that does what they say theyre going to do. They showed up on time, answered all my questions and the craftsmanship was second to none. I will not hesitate to call them for any other fencing needs that may come up. Service: Custom fabrication
