The process was made so much easier for me because of the open communication with the employees. I was able to complete all the required forms online from my home. I did not have to leave my home to deal with anything during this very emotional and stressful time. I appreciate everything that Meagan Wade Hilyer did to advise and guide me. My brothers cremation was taken care of in the most respectful manner. Questions that I had were answered even before I ask.
