        My son died here almost five months ago. We received SIX death certificates with the cause of death as PENDING! This is useless. Have called Many times and given a promise that he would be paged and return my call. Nothing. How does this office get away with this. Grieving for my son and to have to deal with this is unacceptable.

        Have been waiting on a family members Death Certificate for over 2 months now! **TWO MONTHS** The funeral home has made several attempts to get it but theres been no response. I can understand being busy but 2 months is ridiculous!
