Im only giving 1 star so I can post. This management company is HORRIBLE!!!! Im a single mom and have done everything they asked of me to get moved in. They have stringed me along for several months and now say I make too much money. I called to ask the income amount and they refuse to tell me. Im located in Dahlonega Ga.

I have lived at lynnview ridge since 2016. But ever since this manager that runs all the huff properties here and this maintenance guy has been working here, i have had problems from the day they changed my locks, I have had property damaged and footage erased from my trail cam. Rabbit beding was pored in my dishwasher that was not like that before. I asked that a different maintenance guy could fix my appliances. becouse he makes me feel uncomfortable and didn't here nothing for months. The manager that runs all the properties told me the maintenance guy can come in my apartment anytime he wants. But that's not the law here in tennessee.

Everything was fine until I started calling them out on their employees. I advise you to have a camera in your unit when they do inspection. Their maintenance team has stolen from tenants and has went thru our things before. We lost a remote to my daughters tv months ago. We came home from a track meet one day and it was on the arm of my couch. They have been caught by my elderly neighbor going in her sons room looking in his closet. Once I called them out she started tagging my 2nd car with a tow sticker cause of a flat tire. I could go on & on but Ill just say be careful renting from greedy snakes & KEEP ALL OF YOUR RENT RECEIPTS!!!!!!!!

I went to Hummingbird Hill in Smyrna TN two days ago to return my application with an app fee. I emailed earlier to ask if I needed an appt for that but all I received was an automated response that said I could leave my application with the fee in a box in the lobby. I stuck my head in the office doorway (the door was open) to ask if it was ok to leave it in the rent box. The woman sitting at the desk sat and stared at me and didn't say a word. Finally, I said, hello. She didn't say, can I help you?hello, nothing, just stared. I asked if she was on lunch break and she hatefully said. I'm ABOUT TO BE! I told her I had my application to return and she said, well, you need an appointment for that! I stated, oh, I sent an email asking that question this morning but I just received an automated response. She motioned to her computer and stated, I didn't get any email! As if I was lying. I said, I sent the email and if I hadn't, I wouldn't have received a response. She said she could see me late that afternoon or Wednesday morning. I told her I can see her Wednesday. She then blurted, you have to be 62 to live here! i told her I'm way past 62! This person was one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL people I've ever had the misfortune of running into.. She was an older Caucasian woman with dark hair.. She may as well put up a big sign that says, GO AWAY! I just wanted everyone to be aware and I hope Huff Management is reading this message. The more I thought about her very low class behavior, the less I wanted to apply for an apartment. I genuinely feel sorry for the residents at that complex.
