Plaza Body Works

Kept my car 7 extra days, whistled when I got it back. The extra days were from parts not being properly secured and were blown off the racks after they were painted. One year later the paint is cracked from being too thick. Never offered a rental for keeping my car an extra week and when I mentioned a discount he quite rudely stated "I gotta eat too". Here it is about a year later and everything they painted has cracked, having to have it all repainted.... Thankfully I was able to take it somewhere different for the work. Thank you State Farm for understanding my refusal to use this place again. The second shop found the whistling sound was caused by a damaged core support that was missed by Plaza Body Works. Second shop was able to properly align the panels and eliminate the whistling sound that existed after the initial repair.

Billy was great to work with and he did a wonderful job fixing some major body work after I hit a deer. Everything was done quicker than I expected and for the price and quality I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ive used this shop twice for paint and body repair. They did a great job the first time I used them so when someone hit my vehicle recently I didnt even think about using another shop. My bumper, bottom valance, tow hook, and tag holder had to be replaced. The Ford grille and center piece above the bumper got scratched which required repainting, also a small ding on my hood which required paint and bodywork. The billet grille in the bumper had to be replaced as well. The work they did was great and my truck looks better than before the accident. They are really busy so I had to wait a while to get my vehicle in for the repair but its worth the wait. These are honest people and I highly recommend them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
