Very poorly managed. Throughout the years many station managers do not run the stations correctly and have no skills in how to talk to their employees at all. The workers are overworked working 6 to 7 days a week 10 to 13 hours a day. I worked for Bonnie for many years and I experienced a lot of things with the company due to the station managers. A lot of the station managers have been fired due to charges of sexual harassment and a lot more making a lot of the lady's feel uncomfortable especially Brad Miller who ran the station in Waverly Florida. The workers are being very well over worked.
