The first trip took about three months to get transmission back and then it drove good for about two weeks and then started acting up and had to take it back and then they kept it for about another couple of months waiting on parts. I did talk with someone who said they worked for Allison transmission after getting very frustrated and he also said they were waiting on the parts. Got it back again and then it broke down again in my driveway and Aand B sent a wrecker to my house and took it back again and was kept at shop another three to four months. We have finally had it now for about 7 months with no problems. I cant say for sure who was at fault for all of the craziness, and I feel that the ownwer was good to answer the phone at first but then got a little hard to get intouch with as time went on, but I do think he tried to be as honest as he could about the situation and was kind of out in a bad spot waiting on a part, but all in all it was a terrible experience for my son to have to wait that long for his truck to get a new transmission.
