Branchville Animal Hospital

We took my mother's dog in for emergency treatment. The staff and doctor were polite, patient, and professional. This is where we will go if we need veterinary care in the future.

The ladies @ the Reception desk are super sweet and very helpful.. every one of them!! The Kennel staff are very nice as well, plus they love my sniper and he loves them and absolutely loves being boarded there

While comforting my dying cat I could hear several staff members including the doctor laughing and joking right outside my room. I found it extremely inappropriate and havent forgotten to this day. I dont mind fun at work however time and place. Go to the back if youre cracking jokes while people are breaking down losing a family member. Not only was I uncomfortable being subjected to that; the tech with I believe red curly hair was flirting with the doctor the entire time and this clinic had odd energy all around that just added to it. To top all of this off they mysteriously lost my XL pet carrier and offered no kind of rectification for their mistake. I do not recommend this clinic as majority of the staff is highly unprofessional and you will experience more trauma than expected working with them. Also expressed how I would need to use care credit as the health of my cat declined so rapidly I didnt have the funds; over the course of the 4 days she was there I wasnt instructed to file or do anything to get the credit and when it came time to pay I just had to drain my account. If a client asks for information or assistance I expect help if thats a service you all provide. I would do it again of course as the cat was more than worth it however dont suggest I utilize something you never planned on helping me acquire. Never in my life have I had such low quality customer service at an establishment and I never would have guessed it would be at an animal hospital.
