    Tyler the owner of this company was hired to do the plumbing on a new build I completed 6 months ago. It was a nightmare getting him to finish the job. There were countless errors made during the construction process which delayed the job. Since I sold the home there have been several leaks. One of which cost over $6,000 in damage to the home. Tyler took no responsibility for this issue. As I write this, the new homeowner reached to inform me that another leak has occurred. DO NOT USE if you are looking for an honest contractor that stands behind their work.

    I would absolutely NOT recommend Spence Air Solutions. The technician assigned to my order called to make sure I was home, but I wasn't able to answer the phone, and he didn't leave a message. I didn't even know the technician had called until I spoke with the owner later. When I called to make sure we were still on the schedule, that's when he told me that the technician had called and didn't get an answer, so he moved on to the next house. Huh?? I made plans to be here between 12-4 like I was told, and the technician just moves on to the next house instead of actually showing up? Or at the very least leaving a message? I explained the technician didn't leave a voicemail or send a text message and asked that he do so. His reply was, "We expect customers to answer their phones just like we do." Excuse me?? First, your technician doesn't have the courtesy to leave a message or send a text, and then you tell me, as an individual, to answer my phone the same way businesses answer their phone? And then the owner said he was canceling the order because he didn't want to deal with rude customers. Asking the technician to leave a voicemail or send a text message is rude, but telling me to answer my phone isn't rude? I will NEVER use Spence Air, and I will NEVER recommend them!
