As an established patient for over 10 years, Northcreek Veterinary Clinic was too busy to see our pet during a medical emergency. We had to find another vet to see our pet same day. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled. We feel we are forced to take our business elsewhere.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while your pet was having medical concerns. I do see you have been a client of ours since shortly after we opened in 2019. It appears we haven't seen your pets for quite some time. We strive to provide prompt and reliable care to all of our patients, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate you yesterday. We had many worked in emergencies already, despite being short-staffed. Due to our clinic being a one doctor practice, it is difficult to work in all emergent cases while maintaining quality care. We work with multiple hospitals in the surrounding area with multiple doctors that often have a wider availability, like we suggested over the phone when you called.
