I believe they deserve zero stars. You go for a oil change and spend 55 minutes waitung when they have 3 workers walking around in cell phones smoking cigarettes and doing nothing. Having one car in bay that was up in air when i arrived and never was touched. Had to aak what was going in and point out about their so called workers before i got any action to get my car serviced. Never ever will i personally use them. This is enterprise place to use for their rentals and i was doing a thought helpful thing by getting the car oil changed since i had rented it. Sad sad sad place.

Second time coming to Mavis tires and brakes. The service has been incredible both times and rates are very fair. They always take great care of me and my car, as well as provide speedy service. Scott is also very hospitable and genuinely looks out for customers.
