        Deposited over $1000 in cash into one of their new ATM machines because it was after hours. ATM messed up, took my cash, and displayed an error message to contact my bank (which is AlabamaOne). Called the very next morning and opened a claim. Its been 3 days and I STILL do not have my money. And ZERO updates. How does it take a financial institution this long to reconcile the issue? UPDATE - called and spoke with Monte. She was EXTREMELY unhelpful. Every time I would ask for a manager/supervisor or someone that can actually give me any info she would just tell me - oh they are just going to tell you the same thing and they dont talk to members. Then put me on hold and called the Northport branch manager who didnt answer and said he would call me back. Never heard anything.. So no one besides the phone operators will talk to members?! This is how you lose members 100%.

        The thing you send money to cashiers is hard to reach and they don't have wheelchair access (automatic door) into building. They never have the drive thru closest to the building open, which is easier to place money in. I have went through the drive through a hundred times and never has my driver's license been requested till last time & I was only making a deposit and transferred money from checking to savings. Many times the Atm is not working.
