Hey Dorell, Thanks for the feedback, but super sorry we lost you. We own the Northport store and thank you for visitng. However, we have only been open 5 months so I would like to know how our Northport store has changed from your prior store visits over the pat 10 years.For example, we--Northport, Store 284--have only cut our chicken one way; the way you received it. If you do not like it that way, please let us know and we will happily oblige . The portion size has never changed since we opened. We take portion size seriously. For instance, if you withhold something, say onions, from your order, we make sure to compensate by adding the ingredients you like to make sure portion size is kept. The egg roll issue you mention is concerning. Likely, it was cooked to exception and that did not meet your satisfaction. Sorry about that. Next time, please let us know right then and we'll make it right. It's our policy. I believe it's also corporates.Give us another chance, please.
