This is unacceptable! Obviously, because of COVID-19, our daughter's original graduation ceremony was postponed. When we picked up her graduation invitations, we were told when it was rescheduled we would be notified when we could pick up inserts with new date. Now that graduation has been rescheduled for June 23 and we still have had no contact with our rep, I called Josten's and was told I would need to go to their website and fill out the new date on a template, and then print to labels (that I would have to purchase in addition to paying for the original invitations) and put the label on the invitation. So instead of nice engraved invitations, we will have cheap-looking tacky invitations. The Class of 2020 has been denied most perks of Senior year (prom, Honor's Day, etc.). Now it has to be further cheapened because Josten's doesn't want to have the inconvenience of printing inserts as a rush/priority basis so we can pick them up and send them out as we were previously told would be the case. I am extremely disappointed and saddened by their lack of compassion for these Seniors!

Well first I ordered my lettermans jack then they messed it up then I ordered my class ring then messed that up and now I ordered my senior stuff like the hoodies shirts and thank you notes an announcement cards and all my friends got theres 3 days ago an I still dont have mine. Never order anything from here!!!!!
