Awful representation. Didnt give great advice, always unprepared and not professional. Left out important details regarding the close. Forgot many things so our realtor from our house in a different state had to help him. He complained many times about his sellers to us, complaining they were cutting his commission and hard to work for. Very poor professionalism.

Brittany Bennefield did an AMAZING job for us and was a pleasure to deal with. She promptly returned our calls, carefully answered all of our questions and helped us throughout the whole buying process. I highly recommend Brittany and I will DEFINITELY use her again. She is an A+++ agent!

We used a Remax agent with our first home purchase. We used someone different to sell that house and purchase our second and we found out a lot we were told the first go around was false. We had an inspector we wanted to use; however, the remax realtor informed us he was not qualified to inspect a home for an FHA loan, and then offered us a list of HIS recommendations. Complete lies. He found issues with every single home we looked at, except in the one that he just so happened to be the listing agent for as well. Looking back we should have definitely done things different, but we were a young couple trying to buy in the COVID market. Lessons learned.
