I called plumber during business hours and received a voicemail. When I tried to leave a voicemail the box was full. When you're in need of a plumber this is the most frustrating thing that could happen.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Eden. I met him a year ago and seen him refuse to do shady stuff a contractor wanted him to do. He does things the correct way. I've personally hired him several times since. He's fixed many issues. He's told me things that I suspected that I was lied too by previous workers and he confirmed it. He's always been on time. He's always gotten back to me. He's always done an amazing job. Both him and his worker clean up after themselves and even put those shoe booties on to keep our floors clean. He's fixed so much that the previous plumbers totally did wrong. Tonight, one of the things the other plumber did wrong that we haven't touched yet (bathroom isn't used nor finished yet. ) we didn't know it was wrong. It hasn't been tiled yet so we didn't have Eden in there yet. Well, it sprung a crazy leak because the previous plumber never capped it right. Eden called me right back and walked us through what to do until he comes tomorrow. In my panic, I even forgot I can turn the water off for the house. He walked us through that and stopped the bathroom from flooding. I am so grateful to him and look forward to having him back here. We're currently in a new build that after 3 years still isn't done and so much done wrong. I wish the contractor had Eden from the begining. I wish I knew him from the begining because I would have insisted on having him. I wish there were more honest and ethical and good people like him.
