        First, the call goes to a service, not the dealer. So, they have to call you back. Then, when they call you back to find out what you need, they have to call you back with the answer. Also a 6 quart oil change with filter change $111+. Too much. Getting the full synthetic oil I prefer and the Motorcraft oil filter changed at another location, $66

        I waited in line for 30 min. I was ignored. When someone finally asked if I had an appointment, I said no. Everything on the website and signage showed no appointment needed. She stated they are short staffed and the one lane out of four that was open, was about to close for lunch. If she would have acknowledged my presence to begin with, I would not have wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break.
