PNC Mortgage

I will update this once the situation is made right. The tellers at the muscle shoals branch called to verify a fairly large amount check to help expedite the long wait process for my first check. The teller at the issuing bank told her their was insufficient funds in my clients account. Instead of PNC's teller asking has the check already cleared since it was deposited the day before they convinced me the check was no good and said if you don't believe me call them yourself. I had not thought twice that they might not have asked has it processed through their account when they called the issuing bank. My client sent me a screenshot of the bank register where it cleared. I called PNC back at the muscle shoals branch asked for the lady I was working with the teller said she is on lunch. I went to explain my situation and she interrupted me and said sorry can't help you very rude and said but I'll take a message. I tried to speak again and she said SORRY I CANT HELP YOU I WILL TAKE A MESSAGE. NO ONE ever called me back (the first girl I delt with was very nice, just didnt make sure she was right on her information)and this is a freshly opened business account at that. Jeremy is amazing to deal with and his staff, muscle shoals not so much. At least at his store if they do not know the answer they will tell you sorry you will have to wait for my branch manager. I have high hopes that next week Jeremy will make this right, but stay away from muscle shoals branch. If Jeremy does make it right I will remove this bad review maybe only because I don't want my negative comment to ruin his store otherwise I wouldn't care because at the end of the day their work may have lost me a customer.

North Alabama title loans company sends customers to this place to cash check. Mind you, on the check it says PNC bank. On Aug 1 2023, unprofessional black female teller is at the drive window. She tells customer she needs bank card ( what bank card?) . She also ask for social security card. This person was an incompetent & disrespectful. If this is legal or their bank rules? Its better to go somewhere else. DO NOT BANK with them. So sad & demonic!

Today I just went with my dad and the older man who attended us was so rude he threw my dad card and his Id like if it was trash like if you had proper manners would of handed it to you not throwing it what kind of attitude is that if you dont like your job or dealing with people like us den you shouldnt be working there.
