This was my first land purchase. James Day helped me out with making sure the contract was written exactly as it should, he was patient in letting me take my time to find the property I truly wanted, and his experience showed through time after time for things to look for that I would not have thought of myself. Im so happy with the purchase and cant wait to start developing it. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Mr. James is probably one of the most sincere realtors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He works with lots of passion and for all the right reasons. He will stay right on top of it all and will try his best to find you exactly what you are looking for. He is very honest and will advice you in great ways if he thinks the place its not in the best conditions for you. He is an incredible person. Very sweet man willing to help you out at any time of the day. I recommend this gentleman to anybody I get the chance to because he is willing to go far and beyond for you.
