Past couple times I've been there they have been very unprofessional... Been rude to me and my wife... We're in process of finding another doctor... Dr Barco is Great But his staff.... not so much.. couple bad apples Ruin it for the whole bunch

I have been a patient of Dr. Barco for a long time, and I struggle with substance abuse. The reason that I said this is because Dr. Barco has a huge heart for people who struggle with substance abuse. He has a lot of patience and appears to be very knowledgeable in addiction medication. A lot of providers in this field are judgmental of people like me and it has been very difficult to find a medical provider who understands the disease of addiction. I am so grateful for Dr. Barco and his associates. I now have hope for recovery because of them. If you struggle with addiction, I highly recommend Dr. Barco. He will treat you with kindness and compassion.

This Dr's office will do you dirty. What they did to me was foul and unethical. I am filing a report with the A M A, and Alabama Board Of Medical Examiners. This Dr. will smile in your face then send his staff to do his dirty work for him. He is "SHADY" I would give NO star but they make you give at least one... consider yourself warned!

Hes a quack if u just want Suboxone he's a good 1 but when u start asking for real help your on your own he's got so many patience he don't care about the individual he just wants that money
