Bora Beauty Supply

They are never open on time. Its 9:41 on a Monday and they still have not opened. It says they open at 9. Very rarely do I see them open on time.

I Went To Bora Beauty For My First Time Like 2 Weeks Ago & The People Who Work There Was Super Helpful & Nice. They've A Wide Selection Of Wigs, Braiding Hair, Hair Dyes, Bonnets, Makeup, & Ect. I'd Recommend Everyone To Go There. Especially, If You've Not Been Before & Thinking About It.

I went there on 12-21-22 to purchase a couple items and the Store Owner was so rude!!! I asked her to show me where a certain item was and she huffed and puffed like the big bad wolf and even said Oh My God while having to come from around the counter to help me . Atp I was so shocked then while proceeding to check me out she runs off screaming at another customer about trying on wigs . By the time she made it back to the register to continue checking me out her attitude was on 10 and she proceeded to be unprofessional with me. Im writing this to say this if you dont have good customer courtesy take your business else where if you dont want to assist ppl in a business where you profit off us Take Your Business Elsewhere!!! I will never spend another dime in either of her stores . Including her Sheffield, Florence, or Muscle Shoals store. It only takes one time for a person I spend money with to be ugly with me but she tried it and I let her had it!!!
