        I am well aware that you have to train people but please dont tell your customers that they can go some where else or wait when you ask to get propane tanks filled. This just happened at Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Essentially, after a 30 minute wait. Why not just bring the trainee out to learn how to do that job?

        Thank you to Jade. She managed her store while filling propane bottles in the freezing temps, rain & sleet on Sunday, 1/14/24. She continued to fill bottles during the time that she was supposed to take her meal break. She even asked if it was ok with those in line if she took a much needed restroom break. All this while answering calls & continuing to do her job as manager. You don'tse e.his kind of dedication & customer service often anymore. I will be shopping at TS Iin Muscle Shoals alot more often. . Thank you Jade. I hope your company appreciates you.!
