Wanted to share my outstanding experience purchasing our new home with Lindsay Mills of the Mountain Brook Office of ARC Realty! Lindsay assisted both with recommendations as well as scheduling showings of homes we had found ourselves. Also, so quick to respond and no question was perceived to have been a "stupid" one! That is so important because none of us purchase a home every day, but Lindsay demonstrated the professional relator she is. Even when she was unavailable for a showing she arranged a fellow agent to show us homes! I cannot recommend enough Lindsay to be your agent to find your new home as well as ARC Realty. My only regret is I don't purchase a home often (lol) and probably will not have the opportunity to work with Lindsay in the near future. However, when I do need to sell or purchase a home in the area without a doubt, I will give Lindsay a call as well as without reservation recommend her to any of my friends or co-workers! My husband and I had a great experience with Virginia. She was always responsive and accommodating of our busy schedule. She is very experience and took the time to go over the process of purchasing a home and helped us understand the contract. As first time home buyers this was extremely helpful. Thank you Virginia!
