        I did not have the best customer service experience here. It was my first time at L.A. Bikini and I was not seen at my appointment time. I went up to the receptionist to ask if there were any other waxers available after 10 min had passed. My waxer was sitting at the desk and stated she just got finished with a client so I had to wait. No greeting, no apologies, just a defensive remark. She continued to sit there and I heard her complain while I waited in the waxing room. I waited over 20 min after my scheduled time. It was very inconvenient and it seemed like my time was not respected as much as hers. She was very unprofessional but the wax was decent. I wanted to return but I will probably try a different location.
