Utopia Cleaners & Laundry

Have done a great job since I moved to this side of town, clothes typically ready in a day so fast turnaround. Have only had a couple of issues but they quickly fixed them or tried to correct the problem. My go-to cleaners!

Best cleaners EVER!! My husband is so picky about his work shirts and suits, and Utopia pleases him every time! They do great work and have wonderful sweet employees who actually remember my name every time I pick up! I couldnt be happier!!

Im guessing the ownership changed. They will not accept any laundry if you arent in a car. They are drive thru only. So I walked from my house on a nice day only to be told they couldnt accept the suit I was holding. The reason was insurance purposes. So there is no way for someone not in a motor vehicle drop off laundry? No option was offered. I was just told they couldn't accept it. They are friendly and great if you are in a car.

I was worried when Miss Kim left and HATED the customer service until Vee came along. She is just like Miss Kim. She knows me, speaks to me and she knows if Im dropping off or picking up. Im always greeted by her friendly smile and excellent personality!
