        We tried this shop for the first time after my usual dealer service center was booked out for a while. They were not able to do a door handle repair on my Volvo and were honest about it. I appreciated that. However, they did not put my cover back over the handle like it was when I left the car with them and they left it looking worse than it was! They also removed the cover over the T25 screw in the side of the door and did not place the cover back nor did they leave it in the car. My husband and I walked back in to talk to them about it and no one offered to put the cover back. . . My husband did it when we got home & fortunately I had an upcoming appointment at Royal Volvo for the repair. Also, the inside of my door and window was left very dirty. From our experience, I would not recommend this business.

      We apologize that your experience was not up to our usual standard. The S+S Team did not return the door to the condition it was in when you arrived because it was already in an unusable/non-functional state and you were planning to take it to the dealership where they would also disassemble the door following a similar process.Again, we apologize that we were unclear with this intent and that you were unhappy with the service delivery you received.
