        Ordered online, went to pick it up and was told they couldn't find the order. Did not realize I could not order online and just pick up at the closest store to me. What was 4.99 online was 6.99 at this store. I asked if they would meet the online price the one clerk mumbled so I'm guessing but. Was told I had to change the order which I did. Did not purchase items. Never spoke with manager apparently she was to busy to meet me clerk used radio to communicate. Guess I wasn't there on the right day as I was informed about buying online by employee, they weren't there to verify that TS did in fact meet the price of online store. Huntsville is 2 hrs away it was seeming item I needed for 4.99 Moulton had same item for 6.99. Will find alternatives to spend my money. Update Got a canned response to this review to call 800 number, have not been able to reach human being to take it over. Difficult to resolve issues with automated answering .
