I dont usually write reviews, but these guys did such a great job I just wanted to give them a public thank you! I needed an emergency septic pump out service and they were able to get to us right away. Blake and Jeremy were awesome - professional, very personable, answered all my questions, and helped me understand my problem and how to prevent it next time, etc. They had nice equipment, were mindful of cleaning things up, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I couldnt have asked for things to go better. Thanks again!

We called Septic Works and they came out in a timely manner. They are the friendliest people that we have ever worked with. Brandon and Ryan are awesome. We will definitely recommend Septic Works to anyone. Brandon explained everything that needed to be done. They will be who we use from now on. Service: Septic system installation

The person who answered the initial call was very nice on the phone. She explained that the price was $375 and depending on if the tank was deep there would be a digging charge. I did not know where the tank was located so they probe to find it. I suggested a location where I thought it was. They probed for a little bit and then looked at the vent stack coming out of the roof and decided that it was on the opposite side of the house. This is where it is all concrete and asphalt with no yard around there. They determined "that it (the tank) will be on that side of the house". He said they can run a camera and find the location of the tank but that would cost $225.00. I approved this based on the potential of the tank being on the opposite side of the house I believed it to be and under concrete. It turned out it was about 15 feet away from where I suggested I believed it to be in the first place, not on the side they suggested covered with concrete. Once it was located he came up with a price of $375 for the pumping, $200 for digging, a normal depth of a foot and a half or two, and $225 for the camera totaling $800 for the cleanout. Again they were friendly and cleaned the tank well however I believe there there should be a better explanation of cost of services and likely a little better probe job prior to deciding to camera.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile. These guys deserve to be rewarded 5 stars. They pumped my tank and replaced a bad pump. They were quick to come out and were really informative and upfront. They gave me a quote and did the repair. Blake I appreciate you checking up on me and going above and beyond to get me right. Your a great asset to your company. Thanks Septic Works.
