This was, hands down, the BEST customer service experience to get my roof replaced. I have not often heard that anyone has an EXCELLENT experience with work of this nature; however, it was for me (no joke). From the time I called, got the estimate, chose the color, and got the roof replaced, I was updated and informed all along the way. And the pricing is REASONABLE, with no hidden fees, or extra add-ons later in the process. The attention to detail was excellent (who paints the fixtures to match the new roof color? Alabama Discount Roofing does!), the quality of the work is great, and the work was completed in ONE DAY from set up to clean up. As someone who has had a time and a half just getting estimates, I have to give a massive shout-out to Alabama Discount Roofing! Mr. Mendelson and his crew are top-notch. They stayed in touch, stuck to the estimate (to the very penny), and had a not-so-easy roof done in a day and a half (stripped to the decking and covered again)! After a little research, I decided to go with Alabama Discount Roofing to replace the roof on my house as well as repair the fascia and soffit, and I am very happy and satisfied with the experience. They worked me in very quickly, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. During the process, Marc was very responsive to my questions and patient with explaining the process to me. All the guys that worked at my home were on time, polite and didn't mind answering any questions I had. They were also very professional and did a great job, including cleaning up after completion. What a great experience working with Marc and the roofing crew from Alabama Discount Roofing. Marc was always quick to return my calls, even before I committed to have my roof replaced by them. He was helpful with the insurance claims process, and actually made it less stressful. The crew was hard-working and pressed on to finish my roof quickly. I would definitely call Marc again if I needed their services in the future.
