Kyle provided extraordinary customer service, Skill, problem-solving and fix! Followed by Education of the dishwasher issue and overall parts, and hot water temperature being below the standard for cleaning dishes. This is a company Ive used & trusted for several years!

Kyle and his team at Serenity Appliance were great! From start to finish, they made the process as smooth as possible. Originally, we called about our broken Samsung Dryer. Kyle arrived on time and was very professional. Not only did Kyle fix the issue with our dryer, he also took time to check out our oven as well (which had also been having issues). One of the Circuit boards inside the unit had gone bad. Luckily, Kyle was able to repair the board (which saved us money) and came by the next day to have it reinstalled. Before leaving, Kyle made sure to test each appliance was functioning properly and shared some tips and tricks to use in the future. I would recommend Kyle and his team to anyone in need of appliance repairs. His knowledge, pricing, professionalism, and desire to go that extra mile is a rarity these days.
