        11/28/2023 Update: I moved out at the end of June 2023 and still have not received my security deposit back after a phone call on November 8th saying they would mail it to me. I have everything documented, have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, and will be taking legal action. Regardless of the $ amount, it is the PRINCIPLE. This is my money and it is well past the date that i was supposed to receive it. I was a FANTASTIC tenant in this horrible apartment complex and did everything i was supposed to prior to move out. Since CLK has decided to breach the lease agreement, they can be the one to pay all legal fees + return my security deposit. Bad place to live in general. Dont expect your security deposit back any time soon after you move from the premises, unless you just want to hear excuses. Bad tenants and management did nothing to remove the bad tenants or install surveillance like they told us they would. They withheld my rental history until i turned in a 60 day notice, but expected me to list my new address on that same notice. Makes absolutely no sense. Expect damage to your vehicle while living here.

        Does anyone know when the apartments will open back up again? Also does anyone know if they do credit checks? Me and my best friend are looking to move in And we dont have credit at all.

We would like to note all our move-out policies, including any potential fees, are outlined within the lease agreement. Ultimately, we are beholden to those terms.
