Im THANKFUL this group and for the tools they have. It is expensive, but the amount of food I was buying and eating was too. This is NOT quick fix. You have to have the discipline to live a healthy life even after the medication. From 334lbs to 255lbs and Im still going!!

When I first started with Down With the Pounds, I weighed 236. I have lost 20 lbs. within my first month. At my first visit, I didnt feel rushed, they conducted themselves in a very professional manner and they answered all of my questions. I was super nervous because I do not like needles whatsoever. Brooklyn at Down With the Pounds made sure that I was very comfortable and ensured that everything was going to be okay. They took the time to explain to me the steps I needed to take for me to see great weight loss results. If you are not losing any weight after attending Down With the Pounds, then you need to reevaluate yourself because the semaglutide shot works. A big thank you to Mrs. Yolanda and her team. I would recommend anyone to you all for whatever weight loss procedure they may need to have done. You and your team will forever have a place in my heart.
