If I could give them a zero I would also.This company came highly recommended but had I read the reviews I would have opted out. I paid for a 30 yard ($475)but was sent a 20 yard($420). I called to simply ask for a refund on the price difference. 3 times I have spoken to the older lady owner she has been rude but today she was over the top yelling and screaming. Not only that I am suppose to have the dumpster for 30 days I just received it this past Friday. The owner sent a driver to come today to get it in which I knew this was going to happen so I took a picture of the dumpster before hand, took a picture of the dumpster when the truck tried to get pick it up. I am sure they will make another attempt today or tonight and that is fine as I have already notified my credit card company and attorney of their unprofessional behavior and next steps if applicable. I also reported your company for improperly holding on to customer's credit card information a clear violation of PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security. Good luck with taking credit cards again in the future and enjoy your credit card voilation fine when it arrives. Stay far away from this company !

Their website states that they deliver within a 60 mile radius. The site I needed the roll off is less than 40 miles. When I called, the lady (I use that term loosely)that answered shouted "we don't deliver that far!" She then hung up in my face.

I would give minus stars if I could. So they messed up my driveway while doing working on my neighbors yard. I call to get it fixed and the lady tells me she has somebody who will work on it and will get back to me. Well this was August of 2021, I call later in the year and she tells me she is in Bible Study, I say ok, I hope to hear back. Never heard back. Call again and she says her husband is in the hospital. I tell her I will pray for husband. She says thanks and I will get back with you. Well that was in December. I call today and she tells me I'm lying and that she tells me her husband was never in the hospital and I should've followed up sooner. Needless to say, I told her have a nice day and I won't bother again and she hangs up on me. So much for trying to be nice and patient. Never use this company!!

So gave a call on a Sunday, guessing I would have gotten answering service or machine, but this lady answers the phone! Surprised, I ask for info on getting a roll off Monday morning for our next rehab. To say she had an attitude would be an understatement. Being self employed for numerous years, I get it, sometimes the phone can wear you out. Sometimes its more of a lifestyle than it is a business it seems. If you were not or currently are not up to the task, you may consider closing your doors. If you should decide to continue to stumble down this road your own, do yourself this favor; DONT PUT YOUR PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR BUSINESS LISTING!!! If not, the next thing you know, you may give a little attitude to someone that rehabs multi family properties. Along with a couple single family homes in a year. Prolly will not put you out of business, cause lord knows you cant find folks that are looking to work but it sure as the world will not help you.
