Workers move like SLUGS..a simple Oil change took forever 1hr 20 maybe. Would not recommend if you have any plans for the day Even if its not busy

I've been here since 11am. It is currently 2:55pm. I came for a new tire that they had in stock. NEVER AGAIN. Did I mention my car us currently still not done?

Good service the only problems were it being too hot and no refreshments while were waiting in this heat

So I needed a new set of tires and went to get some from here because I'd had a good service experience before. I was told they didn't have any and I could call first thing in the morning when they were delivered. I called in the morning and was told the truck hadn't been unloaded and to call back. I did so and they said 2 tires were on there and i needed a set so they said they would put in an order and to try again next week. I called again to see if any came the next week and I kept being told the truck hadn't been unloaded and to call later. When I called they said it still hadn't been unloaded and they'd call me back. I never heard anything so I went by after work and they said there weren't any on the truck but I was assured I'd get a call when they got some. I never heard anything else and wound up getting some from another vendor. I won't be going back because of the time wasted trying to contact them and never being able to get anything accomplished. This was over a 2 week period and my thinking is as a tire vendor you'd be able to get a set of tires in that amount of time.
