We are disappointed to see this review. First of all, none of our service technicians are teenagers. Secondly, Mrs. Shaw’s pool was clean when we last serviced it. In fact, we have several weeks’ worth of before and after photos that show a clean pool. A storm blew through last Wednesday after we serviced the pool, so there could definitely have been debris from the crepe myrtles in the pool after the storm. If that debris was not removed, it could have caused poor circulation. If it looks like a pond now, it’s not because of poor service on our part. Recently, someone other than our service techs has left water running into the pool, which has diluted the chemicals. Also, our service tech texted a photo of the skimmer basket overflowing with debris on August 3, which has been a common occurrence. Overfilled skimmer baskets will affect the filtering of water and distribution of chemicals. Last Wednesday, our service tech added extra chemicals to the pool without charging Mrs. Shaw since the chemicals were diluted with the extra water, even though it was not our fault that the extra chemicals were needed. At the time that our service technicians noticed that the water was being left on and diluting the chemicals in the pool, our store manager tried to call Mrs. Shaw and let her know about the issue, but her voice mail was full and she did not return the call. I am sorry that anyone thought we were trying to blame your mother; that was not our intent. We don’t know who left the water on; we just know it wasn’t our technicians. As far as our employees being rude, I would like to know the name of the employee that was rude to you, and I will have a discussion with them. We expect our employees to treat everyone with respect. As far as I know, you have only called the store once, and my employee told me she couldn’t get a word in. I certainly understand your concern for your mother, but I feel like you’ve not considered all of the facts. Unfortunately, we have been unable to reach your mother by phone to discuss these issues. A simple return phone call could have resolved this amicably. I feel like we have given great service, and I’m sorry that you don’t agree.
