We contacted Mr Pool to have some work done on our pool. They had someone come out and look it over within a few days. They were very honest and told us exactly what needed to be done. We scheduled them to fix everything. The technicians were very professional. Our pool now looks amazing. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM MR. POOL IN MONTGOMERY ALABAMA.....They fraudulently represented their contract to me, destroyed my property, poured concrete down my sewer, had unsupervised immigrants doing the work, did not complete the pool, gave me a pool that doe not meet code and then ran off. The owner Ryan Williams runs to Pensacola Florida while his business is run by two idiots Chris Pierce supervisor, and Cole Swink sales person. They lie and hide behind an ARBITRATION CLAUSE IN THEIR CONTRACT that prevents them from being sued for their terrible work. They will rip you off if you employ them to do pool service as well......STAY CLEARLY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Mr. Pool installed our pool in a timely manner.. They built a retaining wall around the perimeter that looks really nice. They had excellent customer service before, during, and after the install. They conduct a personalized pool school to explain all your equipment.

Less than 3 years since installation and we noticed the rocks had fallen off the jump wall. Took 2 calls and an email to them before they came out. No mention of a fee even though I asked to be advised prior to the repair if there would be a charge. We would have dealt with it ourselves had they been upfront about a fee, but we felt the type of issue warranted them to repair since the rocks should have been installed securely. I was only told theyd have to get someone by to look at it. First mention of fee was the actual bill in the mail. I attempted to speak with them via phone today. Receptionist was courteous, but could only play go between me and the construction manager (who wouldnt speak with me). I asked to speak with the manager/ owner of the business, but no one was willing to speak to me beyond the receptionist. Very disappointed in their customer service and quality of work.
