Montgomery Subaru

I live in Birmingham and commute to Montgomery whenever my car needs to be checked because this location is THAT good. Their customer service is impeccable. I worked with Amy last week for a big service and she was knowledgeable, detailed, and respectful of my time. The service was 30 minutes longer than expected and she provided a coupon for the extra wait. I always feel at home when I go to the Montgomery Subaru.

Montgomery Subaru has been the best servicing experience I've had in a dealership. EVER. Very courteous and kind customer service. They have snacks and if you're feeling froggy, they're swag game is solid. I will definitely consider purchasing my next Subaru here.

This was my first time going to Montgomery Subaru for service on my Outback. Everyone there were professional and courteous and kept me informed on what was going on. The car looked fantastic when they were done. I've been to have many vehicles serviced and different dealers and Montgomery Subaru is by far the best.

Recently had to have my windshield replaced and was prepared to wait on the work to be done and be there for possibly two hours. Mikes Auto Glass made me an appointment for 9:30 am and Subaru techs take over after windshield is replaced. FIVE HOURS later they finally finished calibrating the cameras, checked on a headlamp that was taking in water and moisture, and a possible recall. That took entirely too long and i did not get the complimentary car wash i was told i could get when i arrived. There was no explanation of what the hold up was. Others seemed to come and go while i was waiting. I would have had someone pick me up had i known it would be so long. I was also disappointed to be told the headlamp would not be covered by my extended warranty and was not given a reason of why that i would consider a satisfactory explanation. This is first time I have been less than satisfied with my service at Montgomery Subaru.

Excellent service and fantastic team work from our sales person to the finance manager. Answered all of questions quickly and always had more than one person to contact
