I have contacted the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners several times from 2017 until present. I must admit whether it was via telephone or email the individuals I've spoken with were always pleasant and ready to assist. In 2017 while completing my LMSW application I needed clarification on the Child Abuse Mandated Reporters Training. During that time I spoke with Robin Carducci- Exam Coordinator. Ms. Carducci explained what was needed and even followed up on a email that I had previously sent. In May of 2020 I had several questions about supervision and the contract in regards to my place of employment; during that time I sent a email. On that same day I received a follow up call from Ms. Cassandra Burrell who was well knowledgeable and addressed the concern I had without frustration. My most recent call to the board I spoke with Ms. Karen Hester- Exam Specialist. I had an issue with my new license that had been sent out on 8.2.2021.Ms. Hester utilized care and compassion. Not only did Ms. Hester speak with her supervisor regarding the mishap she also followed up as she mentioned with a email and a new license was put in the mail the following business day. The three encounters of the years demonstrate our board employees possess good human relation skills and customer service. Thank you ladies for all that you do, you are definitely appreciated !
